SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JEWISH SPORTS HALL OF FAME TO INDUCT 2011 HONOREES ON JUNE 26 AT SKIRBALL CULTURAL CENTER

Horse racing luminaries Jerry & Ann Moss, former University of Southern California football standout Taylor Mays, television commentators Doug Gottlieb and Jay Privman and radio personality Vic “The Brick” Jacobs are among the honorees to be inducted into the Southern California Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in a gala ceremony Sunday, June 26 at the Skirball Cultural Center.

From Sandy Koufax to Mark Spitz, the Southern California Jewish Sports Hall of Fame (SCJSHOF) has honored more than 250 of the Southland’s finest Jewish athletic individuals since its inception in 1990. The SCJSHOF’s 15th class boasts a list of notables from across the sports spectrum.

KTLA sports anchor and AM570/KLAC radio host Steve Hartman will once again serve as master of ceremonies for the event. Hartman was inducted into the SCJSHOF in 2004.
