Officiating - 1994

As a gridiron star at L.A.’s Fairfax High School, Nardy Samuels was elected to the All-Western League Football Team in 1963 and 1964.

After earning his BA in Political Science at UCLA, he switched his interests to education and sports officiating. In 1971, while teaching at Alhambra High School, Nardy was named to the Southern California Football Officials Association.

While continuing his football officiating, Samuels has been assistant principal and principal at Palos Verdes and Santa Monica high schools.
